Stand-by-assist and help with transfers.  Assistance with daily living adjusts and/or increases due to resident needs.  Each resident’s care needs are individualized.

-Daily medication administration and diabetic assistance

CLIA certified.  Medications and glucose readings documented daily.  Medication refill requests and deliveries may be accommodated by care home upon request .

-Daily meal preparation, snacks, etc.

Enjoyable, healthy food to meet most dietary needs.

-Daily monitoring for individual well-being

Documentation of liquid intake to ensure proper hydration and other health concerns.  Work closely with families and medical professionals of resident to ensure best care possible.

-Daily housekeeping and laundry

-Hospice care

End-of-life care to residents while maintaining dignity and pain management.  Support to resident family members while working closely with a hospice organization of choice.

-Respite care

Short term recovery assistance after an accident or hospitalization or respite for your loved one while family caregivers are on vacation or take needed time to handle other matters.

-Memory care
